There are many variables that can affect fees, such as the level of detail and realism required; inclusion of entourage such as people, cars and plants; special equipment or fixtures; context and background; and the complexity of the design itself. At ARCHITECTURAL IMAGING, it is our philosophy to intelligently manage these variables in order to meet your needs.

To give you a rough idea, the fee for a digital massing model can be as low as a few hundred dollars. A single presentation rendering ranges from $2000 on up, with most falling in the $2500 to $3500 range. Savings can often be achieved when multiple views are involved. Animation sequences range from a few thousand dollars into five figures depending on length and complexity.

In most cases, outsourcing your 3D work is more cost effective than keeping it in-house.
